Replacement Policy

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Any defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and documentation.
  • Replacement will be provided after inspection and approval by Unna Home and Office Furniture Trading.

 

Process for Replacement:

  • If approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to the client.
  • In cases where replacement is not possible, store credit or a refund (excluding delivery fees) may be issued at our discretion.
