Custom or bespoke furniture orders cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
Orders in production are also non-cancelable.
Standard Orders:
Cancellations for standard furniture orders must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
After this period, cancellations will only be processed if the item has not yet entered production or shipping, and a cancellation fee of 15% of the order value will apply.
