Returns Policy

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or bespoke furniture is non-returnable under any circumstances.
  • Standard furniture items may only be returned if defective or damaged during transit.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for unused and unassembled standard products in their original condition and packaging.
  • All returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

 

Return Process:

  • Clients must contact our office to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before initiating a return.
  • Return shipping costs, including any associated customs fees, are the responsibility of the client unless the item was defective or damaged.
